Help us keep Bloomfield beautiful by participating with the NM Tourism Department Clean and Beautiful Program and Keep America Beautiful campaign to clean up litter along waterways.
When: Saturday, September 18th
What time? 9:00 am to Noon
Where to meet? Meet at the Charlie Y. Brown School
Why? We will be picking up litter along Hwy 550 south of the bridge entering Bloomfield. Litter from Hwy 550 ends up in our San Juan River. In addition, we need to clean up litter along Hwy 550 to showcase Bloomfield for the NM Outdoor Economics Conference coming to Farmington on September 28th. Keeping Bloomfield beautiful is a key part of our economic development plan.
